  I contacted Gary to see about finding some colored diamonds for an engagement ring. He was more than accommodating and was able to order in three different radiant cut diamonds in three different colors. One stone was turquoise and the two others were canary diamonds. In the end, I chose one of the canary diamonds in a radiant cut and it ended up making the most beautiful engagement ring for my fiancé. I could not have been happier. We were also able to purchase our wedding bands at the same location. When my wife's diamond wedding band was placed next to her engagement ring the canary diamond color really popped next to the white diamonds. We have recommended Gary to many of our friends!

  I had been looking for a special engagement ring for my fiancee and went into G.C. Cramer's Jewelers at the recommendation of a friend while visiting Maine. I am used to the typical chain store experience and was pleasantly surprised by being able to interact directly with the jeweler. Gary was very informative as I had no idea what to look for in a diamond. He asked me about my fiancee's tastes to get a better idea of what she might like. He then showed me some selections and taught me how to compare the clarity, cut and color of each stone using a microscope. He had a beautiful 1930s art deco piece that my now wife absolutely adores. I was impressed with my first experience there. When we got married, we also had him make our wedding bands for us which go beautifully with the era of the engagement ring. He worked with us remotely even though we live on the west coast.

  Gary makes some really nice unique jewelry. He's repaired broken jewelry for us in the past as well as matched a replacement stone on a ring that one of the 5 was missing. He's very knowledgeable and helpful.

  My husband went to this jeweler for an engagement ring about a year back. He had a very specific ring in mind but could not find it anywhere. GC Cramer Jewelers not only sketched a picture of what my husband wanted for me, they also walked him through the entire process of building this ring step by step with the exact expectations outlined. We have never been to a place that has been able to do hand made custom jewelry of such high quality. Gary truly is an artist and a craftsman. We were so impressed that we decided to have our wedding bands made here as well. We truly are so grateful for finding such a rare jeweler that is capable of producing this amazing work.
